The Print for E.A. International Salon of Photography

Description

PRINT SIZE: Both for monochrome and Color prints to be submitted in 16” X 12” to 20” X 16” (Prints must be UNMOUNTED, and sent flat, NOT as a roll). Any prints which exceed or falls below this size will be rejected. This requirement relates to the external paper size. The image may be printed smaller on the paper so that it appears to have a frame.
Prints accepted in this salon before will not be accepted

Reasonable care will be taken of the prints but the Club will not be responsible for damage or loss from any cause whatsoever.
The salon is NOT allowed under any circumstance to produce or facilitate printing on behalf of an entrant!
Prints will be destroyed after exhibition, unless they are taken back by the entrant’s own arrangements after the Exhibition.
Each work must state clearly on the back, name and country of the author, title of the work and ID-number exactly as on the entry form. The confirmation with the ID number may be used as label, if you want to. No information is to be put on the face side. The title on the backs of prints must match the titles on the Entry Form. Only pressure sensitive (self-adhesive) labels may be used on the back of unmounted prints.
Foreign entries please mark your packages “Photographs for exhibition, no commercial value”. Customs slips must indicate this as well. Packages being picked up by customs as valuable will attract Customs Duty Fees and will NOT be accepted.

You will see 2 options when it comes to return shipping:

1. “I do not want to have my print returned to me.” This means we will ship your print(s) to PSEA  in any box that protects it and that you understand the box and your print(s) will be destroyed after the convention.

2. “I need a box.” This means you want your print(s) returned to you after the convention but you do not already have a case. We will add $60 to your final total and we will send your prints back to you after the convention.
